        YN Ship Management Co., (Shanghai) Ltd. has established SMS according to the requirements of ISM Code and passed the verification of SMS manual by auditor of ClassNK in Shanghai first one. Now YN Ship held the DOC for the types of Bulk Carrier and General Cargo vessels which be certified by ClassNK. At present, our company manages 8 vessels and our fleet is developing more and faster.
        In technical and marine management, managers of our company are qualified captains and chief engineers with supervisory experience of ocean ships. Now we have two captains and four chief engineers in the office. Mostly manager are graduated from famous marine colleges. The professional ship management and aggregative serve will provide ship-owners with the cheapest price and best service for ship supply and shipyard selection.
        In respect of crew manning, we provided with qualified crew onboard strict follow the requirements of STCW78/95 convention. We mostly employ COSCO crew. Before service onboard must be passed the interview and profession test and approved by General Manager. During crew service onboard, we are strict according to SMS and keep close contact between shore base and shipboard in order to ensure safety of navigation and operation!
